PRF with Microneedling

PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) with microneedling combines two powerful regenerative treatments into a single session for enhanced skin rejuvenation. PRF is the next generation of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) — it uses a slower centrifuge speed to produce a fibrin matrix that releases growth factors slowly over 10-14 days, providing more sustained stimulation than traditional PRP. PRF also retains white blood cells and stem cells that are removed during PRP processing, making it more potent.

During a PRF microneedling treatment at Lodi MedSpa, a small amount of blood is drawn from your arm and processed to extract the concentrated platelet-rich fibrin. Your provider then performs microneedling on the treatment area, creating thousands of micro-channels in the skin. The PRF is applied topically and penetrates through these channels, delivering growth factors deep into the skin where they can stimulate collagen production, accelerate healing, and enhance overall skin quality.
